I am so excited about this project I am working on, I am not going to elaborate too much, it will be a surprise. I will tell you that it is going to be my art made into a book, and there will be copies for sale. If you are interested, let me know.

... Because we are moving May 1st! Hopefully to this amazing brownstone, we are still in the application process. Our current apartment is very modern (skylights, recessed lighting, gas fireplace, some fake hardwood), and the new apartment is the exact opposite (think REAL hardwood floors, mantels, beautiful trim, and pendant lighting/lamps), which is much more my style.

A couple of months ago when we were wide awake at 3am (because of the club noise next door), we discussed plans of moving. Then after visiting a friend who lives in the building I fell head over heels in love. This did it for me, this made me want to move. Even though we are giving up our in-suite washer and dryer, a dishwasher, and loads of space, I am still ridiculously happy. We will even have a second bedroom for an office/art studio (expect to see much more work from me in the near future).

The only part I am not excited about is getting our furniture up the stairs (it's a fourth floor walk up! ahh). Wish us luck!
