nuit bland.

toilet fog
The one night of the year where Toronto feels completely overcrowded. Maybe we didn’t approach it properly. We didn’t attend last year, so this year we had such an image built up in our minds because of the way people talked about nuit blanche. The problem with this is that it wasn’t as good as we thought it would be. What I mentioned about not approaching it properly was that we didn’t have a plan to go anywhere specific. There was nothing we wanted to see that we planned on seeing. We just walked around aimlessly with the enormous crowds of people until we found what looked like art, looked at it, and then moved on.

darling dina

Next year I will find myself a pamphlet days before, circle everything I want to see, and then make use of our transit system.
